Practice and Review Training Course: Imaginations I

Has it been a while since you did your basic workshops? Need a refresher, opportunity to review and practice? Our "practice–and review–trainings" are especially tailored for this: the training afternoon consists of two parts: in the first part a precise repetition of the experiential basic techniques is presented, including video demonstration and/or master roleplay. In the second part, the participants have the opportunity to practice in supervised groups of two or in small groups, to put what they have learned into practice. There will be enough time for questions and answers.

In this course we will review, repeat and train the basics of Imaginative Rescripting including reparenting in the imagination.

The central steps of this basic imagery work are explained, video examples are given and the participants will have the opportunity to have their technical know-how supervised directly.

It is useful to have a case prepared in advance.
